Yesterday I had Selection orange juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with a white bread (no crusts - butter), some of the rice leftovers with butter, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, meats and vegetables (a salted pork fat + a piece of a beef roast and a pork roast [cut and put in the freezer a while ago] + 2 white potatoes + 2 nantes carrots + 9 brussel sprouts - the vegs i ate with butter), Dare mini bear paws, five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter (did not finish all that).

Yesterday I had Selection orange juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), some of the rice leftovers with butter, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, food from La Bonne-Bouffe (a mustard cheeseburger [did not eat where she put a toothpick in - do not want to eat wood + half of the top of the bread {only where it is dark}] and fries with ketchup), Coaticook vanilla ice cream, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and onion salt and pepper and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter and onion salt and pepper, mappe taffy, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

Also I think I forgot to mention that Sunday or Saturday I also drank water.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with the rest of the white bread (no crusts - butter), two slices of the pork roast (taken out the freezer the day before) with onion salt and pepper and five white cooked (the day before in water) potatoes pan fried in the pork grease and pepper and onion salt, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, one The laughing cow cheese, Les Aliments M&M potato nuggets with ketchup, Dare mini bear paws, white rice with tomato juice (did not eat all that).

Yesterday I had Selection orange fruit, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and 1 with butter and coconut spread), Compliments chicken and noodle soup (what i did not eat i did not put in the fridge), Blue Menu virginia roasted peanuts (i added salt), some one the pizza leftovers (without the end of the crust), some of the pizza leftovers (without the end of the crus), Coaticook chocolate ice cream, two mini grape Mr Freeze, Les Aliments M&M potato nuggets with ketchup, seven white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter (did not eat all that).

Yesterday I had Selection orange juice (yesterday too), Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), the rest of the pizza leftovers (without the end of the crust), Bugles, Coaticook chocolate ice cream, three nantes carrots and two white potatoes and five brussel sprouts and one slice of a beef roast (like usual cut while uncooked then put in the freezer) all boiled (ate the vegs with butter), Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and olive oil and pieces of a green onion (put the rest in the fridge) pan fried in the grease and butter with an egg scrambled on it.

Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), Clover Leaf tuna in broth and oil, Coaticook chocolate ice cream, Bugles, Compliments wavy frozen fries pan fried in vegetable oil and onion salt eaten with ketchup, Dare mini bear paws, the rest of the green onion pan fried in butter then an egg scrambled on it and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, Lay wavy salt and vinegar chips.
