Yesterday I went to bed at 6:28 and got up at 14:52. I wrote some notes, watched Judge Judy at 19:30, SpongeBob SquarePants at 20:30 and wrote more notes. It was a bad night and a very bad day.

Walked into town with the family for some food shopping, and daughter bought a train ticket. We had friends come over for dinner. Hmmm, what to make for a vegetarian who also currently has been put on a gluten-free and dairy-free diet? (Bean and mushroom chili, rice, and salad.)

I vegetarian who also currently has been put on a gluten-free and dairy-free diet? (Bean and mushroom chili, rice, and salad.) Mona, I would be in trouble. My MIL is diabetic, on insulin as of yesterday. I'm trying hard to figure all this out.

Rafael Nadal's season will start tomorrow and I will watch until I start exercising again, in the meantime I will stop watching my week shows even the weeks Ralfie will not play then start again when I will stop following Tennis.
