Sadhana, I have been thinking about you lately--grins--and I think it is having an impact on my cooking. Last night, I cooked some chicken with a distinctive Indian flair. Today, I chunked it up, and I am going to put it into a tomato-cream sauce, kind of like Tikka Masala. I've got roti and a fragrant basmati rice to serve with it. My husband thanks you for the inspiration, since he LOVES Indian food.
