It has been decades since I have played with a hulahoop! I loved these things  ! I wonder if Amazon Canada has any, if so I should get one!

I have a hula hoop. Did you do 300 at one time or spaced out during the day? I attended Water Aerobics yesterday - too hot right now to do anything outside. Today's exercise so far involved my daily yoga routine plus 300 rounds with my hulahoop. How are you moving today?

Went outside for a while a few minutes ago, I went (with Elmo haha) to see mom a while then I (got Elmo back in the house first) went on the beach and walked a little bit there.

Just came back from outside; I started on the beach then walked in my yard, I also finally went and saw the new bridge where there's a water stream that is on our property.
It was changing and windy.
About half was under the water and the waves were medium.
I saw Gulls, Ducks, Oysters and one other marine animal.
