Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice and Pepsi with two toasts made of white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, fried rice (vegetable oil + white rice + scallops + shrimps + green onions + soya sauce), four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, a part of the caramel Aero started a while ago.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, a salad (iceberg lettuce + 15% cream) and Pastene light tuna in vegetable oil, Les Aliments M&M macaroni and cheese (did not eat all that - put the rest in the fridge), four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, food from a restaurant in the shopping mall of Mont-Joli (a small poutine with extra cheese and sauce - the cheese and sauce were great but not the fries so the rest was not put in the fridge), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter (did not eat all that).

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi with two toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and butter syrup), one Granny Smith apple, a salad (iceberg lettuce + 15% cream + pepper + onion salt) and Primo light tuna (with onion salt and pepper), Ruffles nature chips, one Eggo pancake with butter syrup, Knorr chicken and broccoli pasta with white mushrooms and green onions pan fried in olive oil and butter plus four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I forgot to mention the Froot Loops (eaten like chips - the previous day too), it was before the chips.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, a piece of chicken and nantes carrots and white potatoes boiled with St-Hubert barbecue sauce (some chicken remained and i put it in the fridge), Froot Loops eaten like chips, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with the rest of the pasta leftovers with butter.
