Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, water and Pepsi with four toasts made of white bread (no crusts - 3 with butter + 1 with butter and butter syrup), one Granny Smith apple, fried rice (vegetable oil + scallops + white rice + green onions + soya sauce), three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took three Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made of white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, the rice leftovers, Coaticook vanilla ice cream, Lay's wavy nature chips, Knorr three cheese pasta with white mushrooms pan fried in butter and butter, a part of a caramel Aero, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took one Centrum flavor burst.

I also took one Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter and butter syrup), one Granny Smith apple, Lay's wavy nature chips, food from Pizzeria Le Marquis (fries [with ketchup and onion salt] all dressed pizza [did not eat the peperoni and green peppers and end of the crust]), some of the pasta leftovers and four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in olive oil and butter (ate all the pasta but not the potatoes).

Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Ginger Ale and Pepsi with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and butter syrup + 1 with butter), one Granny Smith apple, a cheeseburger (there were extra ground beef which i ate like that - the top had a slice of cheese + mustard - the bottom had a slice of cheese + mustard + relish), Selection meat lasagna (did not eat all - put the rest in the fridge), five Cavendish potato patties with ketchup.
