Sorry, most peeps run into that problem in their first game. I hardly see it as a reason to start over though.

Speaking of walkthru's i'm plain ffx-2 and i'm just starting chapter 5, i'm where the walkthru says i shud be % wise but i only have 14 hotspots, Bevelle isn't lit??? have i messed up or can i still get Episode complete & Mascot and 100% completion, utter noob <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

If you haven't started Via Purifico then Bevelle won't be a hotspot. This part of Bevelle is not required for the Mascot Dress-Sphere and your going to need the Mascot to finish Via Purifico.

When you walk into Bevelle walk towards the right and the Kindaguardians will show you a new area.

I've got a hole web-page just for this place, if you need some tips. When you see fiends, don't run into them.

err... hey. im like, new as new can be. ive been usin your oh so handy gamin hints and tips since i got to a point in the game were i had done everthing i thought i could do but hadnt a clue of what to do now and was about to fight sin then realised that it couldnt be the be all and end all of my life.
now, onto my question: im dodgin the 200 bolts right and im doin it for 25 minutes. surely thats enuff bolts, (i lose count quick) and then, wen i head back to that chest, i collect 5 potions, 2 mana spheres... (bables on for a bit)... 4 megaelixers at 150 dodges then BAM!
the chest dont open. it shuts, never too return. so i go inside the agency come out and to my shock shock HORROR, its gone.
now, i for one did not find this funny after wasting 25 minutes of my hard earned free time dodgin those white flashes and outrightly burst ut into a cursing session at Zeus and am now feeling that i may have to repent the words i spoke cos exams are upon me and i just dont seem to be doin all to well in them. damn gods... think theyre so big...

Can ne1 help me? im messed over cos i SWEAR i did 200 jumps (albeit i didnt count) but surely after 25 minutes....!!!! and werd the darn chest go?

ok, first, ive no idea where the chest is, ull prolly hav to do it again,but b4 u panick try to COUNT this time <img src="/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

and it makes no sense even if u stay dodgin for like 35 minutes, there are som places that the bolts hit with less frequency so its slower process.

he's referring to the chest in front of the agency...correct me if you're a she :rolleyes:

Whats this about dodging lightning? Also, what is the significance of the strange stones in the thunder plains??

the lightning dodging is one of the side quests in FFX...you need to do it if you want to get the sigil for Lu's ultimate weapon

and the strange stones are the ones where you need to pray in order to get spirit lance (kimhari's ultimate weapon)
