Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made of white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, Les Aliments M&M fetucini alfredo, Ritz original cookies, ten Rolo chocolates, two beef filet mignons, something (cannot figure out what i wrote blush), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took three Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Coke, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made of white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 2 with butter and corn syrup + 1 with butter), one Granny Smith apple, food from McDonald's (1 mcnugget trio with sweet and sour sauce), Ritz original cookies, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and onion salt with one egg scrambled in the grease and butter, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took one Centrum flavor burst.

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made of white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and corn syrup), one Granny Smith apple, one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, meat and vegetables (beef cubes + broccoli + califlower + cabbage + rutabaga - i ate the vegetables with butter), one slice of a maple pie bought at Ma Cabane En Gaspésie, Knorr homestyle cheddar pasta with white mushrooms pan fried in olive oil and onion salt, two Rolo chocolates.

I also took two Centrum flavor burst.

I forgot that there was also one white potato in that bunch off food (ate it all - the rest theres leftovers of everything).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with the two days old white bread (no crusts - butter), one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, meat and vegetable (1/4 of a pork roast + 2 white potatoes + broccoli + cauliflower + rutabaga - ate the vegetables with butter - the rest [no potatoes were left] was put in the fridge), Ritz original cookies, three white mushrooms pan fried in butter with spaghetti and cheese (1 ficello - the same im eating) and sauce made by a friend, part of a caramel Aero.

I also took two Centrum flavor burst.

I forgot to mention that there was also a salted piece of pork fat with some meat on it, ate the meat and the remaining fat I put in the fridge too because I realised it tasted good with the meat.
