After church today my friend picked me up and we drove to a Sons of Italy Lodge for lunch and a meeting. I met some folks from NYC and we reminisced about places and food. It's been a very long time since I was home.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:34 and got up at 11:41. I did some cleaning, made an online order for mom, watched the Dallas Stars at 17:00 and for a seventh time wrote to SFS. It was an average night and a very bad day.

I put in 2.5 hours at the historical society cataloging and doing some research.

I'm about to go for a walk in Kirkenes (Norway) through the snow. We've traveled north into the Arctic Circle, but also east. Kirkenes is about at the same longitude as Istanbul.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:31 and got up at 11:37. I ran two errands in Mont-Joli with dad (Brunet [he did not come in] + IGA), watched SpongeBob SquarePants at 17:30, Dr Phil at 18:00, Judge Judy at 19:00 and for an eighth time contacted SFS. It was a bad night and a very bad day.

Today is over in a few minutes! But today I got off the ship for a short walk in Hammerfest. This afternoon I gave a talk to the astronomy tour about William and Caroline Herschel. This evening I went out on deck and saw a wonderful display of northern lights that lit up half the sky. Then I went to a fashion show in which crew members showed off some of the clothing ranges on sale in the ship shop - it was a lot of fun. Shall I go for a walk now in Tromsø even though it's midnight? Yeah. Why not?

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:54 and got up at 12:05. I watched SpongeBob SquarePants at 17:00, Dr Phil at 18:00, Hell's Kitchen at 0:00 and contacted SFS for a tenth time. It was an average night and a very bad day.

Today, I have a list of this and that type of things to complete - house chore type of stuff. I also have some art and writing related items, as well as some reading goals.
