I love the book I mentioned in my article by Maxwell Maltz - he was way ahead of his time. I love his take on self image

For years I won't let my children and grandchildren take family pictures with me in them I won't let anyone take my picture I don't like me And everyone else pays for it And it makes me feel bad which makes me hate myself more. After many years of abuse I just stopped liking myself
