I began going through the papers. I found photographs, tombstone rubbings, and lots of papers with research results. First thing was to categorize the papers - cemeteries, census, marriages, military, vital records, Bible records, land, probate, stories/group sheets/lineage charts. Page by page, looking at these old pages, trying to determine which category, some of the sheets have now been sorted. There is still a lot to do.
Once the sheets are sorted by categorized, then each category will need to be reviewed and then the big decision needs to be made, what do we do with the papers?
