I don't have Wakka on myBlitzball team anymore, is there any way to get him back?

If I don't get him back in the team there's no way to get his ultimate weapon, is there?

You don't need him for anything. The prizes come up even if you don't have him on your blitzball team.

yeah, i don't think you have to have him to get his ultimate weapon, but on the airship, he should be standing beside the first save sphere (beside cid) just go to him and hit square and sign him

on the airship....his blitz stats will be shown

The higher the level, the more info you get on a player you're trying to recruit.

how do you GET the higher recruit level? Do you just recruit abunch of people.... or do you have to recruit GOOD people and wait for their contracts to end.

i think mine went up cause i won blizball games, but i culdnt b certain of that

Correct. You have to win Blitzball matches for your level to go up. IIRC, every five games you win, your scouting level goes up by one.
