I dont have an xbox but i have a ps2,i want splintercell but have read reviews of it being way better on the xbox, now should i wait for 6 months or so till i get an xbox or should i go ahead and get it on the ps2,and does the differences spoil the game?

Also, ive just got into stealth games and can anyone reccommend a couple more games that are very simular to splinter cell, what about metal gear solid, ive heard alot of hype over the past years about it but never played it.

I have really tried to get into Metal Gear Solid, but after playing Splinter Cell I just can't seem to bring myself bsck to MGS. My biggest gripe with MGS is the lack of camera control. There are just too many instances where you really need to pan around to see around corners for instance, yet the game only allows a limited view. In Splinter Cell you can pan the camera all around whenever and wherever you want.

I have an Xbox and have never tried anything on the PS2 but I'll say this, you will not be dissapointed with the Xbox.

Have fun!!

Got it for the ps2,was surprised to see the xbox and SC was only 120 in ths shops. All the gadgets are excellent and the realism is cool but there is absolutely no fun in playing this game,im on the beginning of the 5th mission and fell ive experienced everything there is to and its only gonna get harder and more frustrating, good game but boring and dull after the first couple of levels.
