Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing four times and he pushed my buttons 74 times.

Mom = She had an attitude four times, doubted what I said one time and pushed my buttons 12 times.

One thing scared me and when I was in bed one sound scared me.

My stress level is on high today. I am working on lowering it. Cat therapy is good. Petting a cat is a wonderful stress reliever.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing six times and he pushed my buttons 73 times.

Mom = She had an attitude two times, interrupted me one time, ignored me one time and pushed my buttons 37 times.

Also one sound scared me.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing five times and he pushed my buttons 84 times.

Mom = She bothered me two times, interrupted me one time and pushed my buttons 24 times.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing three times, he interrupted me two times, had an attitude two times and pushed my buttons 147 times.

Mom = She had an attitude two times, tried to make trouble one time (she is taking every cents when they buy something in cash and asks me to cash it for her - she asked me if i thought that knows and i said i dont know - it was asked with a smirk in her face - she has done this many times since i was young and everytime whether dad knows or not he has never asked her to give that money to him and she always ends up giving it to him), asked dad one question a few hours after I answered her after she asked me one time and she pushed my buttons 20 times.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing six times and he pushed my buttons 91 times.

Mom = She talked to me like I was a child one time and pushed my buttons 25 (+1 when i was in bed) times.

Also one thing scared me.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing seven times and he pushed my buttons 65 (+2 when i was in bed) times.

Mom = She ignored me one time and pushed my buttons 7 (+1 when i was in bed) times.

Also three sounds and one thing scared me.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing three times and he pushed my buttons 120 (+ 5 when i was in bed) times.

Mom = She interrupted me one time, ignored me one time and pushed my buttons 59 (+ 4 when i was in bed) times.

Also two things and two sounds (+1 when i was in bed) scared me.

Yesterday:

Dad = I had to deal with dubbing four times, he interrupted me one time and he pushed my buttons 83 times.

Mom = She ignored me four times, had an attitude two times, complained about dad when he was not there one time and pushed my buttons 33 times.

Also thirteen (+3 when i was in bed) sounds scared me, four things scared me, freaked over nothing three times, almost had a panic attack one time and wanted to hit myself one time.
