Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter + composed sugar spread), a Les Aliments M&M poutine, Ruffles nature chips, two nantes carrots, four white muhsrooms and three white potatoes and two nantes carrots and one green onion boiled then added with six small pork chops cooked in butter (i then cut them then added them back in the pan) and sauce (the powder 1 that mom buys), part of a caramel Aero, some of the pasta leftovers, Compliments pretzel sticks.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce) with the leftovers (sauce + meat + etc), a Minions Kinder surprise, Ruffles nature chips, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with the rest of the pasta leftovers.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Last night I had a rice & lentil dish using low carb rice. Stir-fried cabbage, carrots & peas with Indian spices and a side dish of pan fried fish with Indian spices - delicious, filing & low carb!

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter & composed sugar spread + 1 with butter), fried rice (vegetable oil + 1 chicken breast cooked in a small pan with butter + white rice + nine green onions + soya sauce), the rest of a caramel Aero, in shell sunflower seeds (put some at a time on 1 hand then added salt before eating), white uncooked potatoes pan fried in vegetable oil, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the same oil, some of the rice leftovers, Compliments pretzel sticks.
I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
