Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one toast made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter + composed sugar spread), a Les Aliments M&M poutine, Ruffles nature chips, two nantes carrots, four white muhsrooms and three white potatoes and two nantes carrots and one green onion boiled then added with six small pork chops cooked in butter (i then cut them then added them back in the pan) and sauce (the powder 1 that mom buys), part of a caramel Aero, some of the pasta leftovers, Compliments pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Last night I had a rice & lentil dish using low carb rice. Stir-fried cabbage, carrots & peas with Indian spices and a side dish of pan fried fish with Indian spices - delicious, filing & low carb!
