Since we are on the topic of spirit guides, I thought I'd share this article on animal guides.
My animal totem first appeared to me when I was about 11 years old. I've since had several animal guides that have come and gone, as I've gone through different phases of growth and spiritual development.
When I've paid attention to their messages, the synchronicities in my life would always increase. My dreamtime level of activity would increase too.
