Catherine E. Coulson, who played the quirky Log Lady character on "Twin Peaks", died yesterday, Sept. 28th. Coulson was 71 years old and suffering from cancer. As well as acting in David Lynch's series, Coulson worked as a camera assistant on numerous films, including "Eraserhead" and "Star Trek 2". She was planning to appear in Showtime's revival of "Twin Peaks", but that sadly will not happen.
