Deanna - I have started planning my day by your postings. Seriously.

I am on board with the transformation projection. I can easily appreciate someone who deserves it, but I must drink more coffee and ponder on someone who does not deserve it. Just being honest. A necessary, but also hard assignment.

Today, I wish to send out into the world, appreciation, admiration, forgiveness and the knowledge that imperfection does not define an individual.

Chel, appreciating someone who doesn't really deserve it is a tough one.

Here's one I did:

There is someone in my life that is a constant source of negative energy - she never gives; it's all take, blame, be the victim.

Here's my gratitude: "I am so happy and grateful that (her name) has shown me the power of negative thinking in action! This is a really important thing to know, because I can see where I've been caught up in that too. Life can be very stressful, and even traumatic. I greatly appreciate the reminder than when I make choices that fail to honor my divinity, I then also fail to see the beauty in life, and I fail to see my options. And without options, I am truly lost. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

My gratitude - Although I don't agree with their attitudes and principles, I am very grateful for their participation and beautification projects in our community. Their efforts have made a difference and I am truly appreciative and thankful for the changes they have made to the backdrop of our community.

Okay, I can do this! My pencil and notebook are close by, yet it's almost impossible to write and sip coffee at the same time.
So goes my first decision of the day! Coffee down, Pencil up.
Change - My mindset of grumpiness to gratefulness.
Positive Expectation - I will continue pursuing my creative projects.

I know what you mean about writing and sipping coffee. If I'm writing in a journal, I use the coffee sipping as a moment of thoughtful pause. But typing, well, I guess a moment of thoughtful pause LOL!!
