Yesterday I went to bed at 1:47 and got up at 11:18. I went on the beach in front of the house and watched Rafael Nadal at the Rogers Cup in Montreal (tv + internet). It was an average night and a bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 1:06 and got up at 11:16. I went on the beach in front of the house, made an online order, washed a small load of laundry, watched Rafael Nadal at the Rogers Cup in Montreal (tv) and Real Time at 0:00. It was an average night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:38 and got up at 11:31. I went on the beach in front of the house, made an important phone call and watched a new movie at 21:00. It was an average night and a very bad day.

I went for coffee/tea with a visiting member of family. We also had excellent muffins. American muffins are something which, in all the decades spent in Britain, I've never found to be successful. These were excellent.

Also went for a walk with a friend in the park (grounds of a stately home not far away). The Great Conservatory was being set up for a wedding. It looked lovely, and we hoped it wouldn't start drizzling on them.

Church first this this morning. Trimmed some shrubs while walking around the yard. Transcribed some data from a marriage book. Scanned some old photos and filed them. (Looking at old photos is a hoot.) It won't be long and it will be time to think about dinner. There is always lots to do.

Yesterday I went to bed at 1:50 and got up at 11:17. I went on the beach in front of the house, ran five errands in Mont-Joli with dad, washed the washcloths to clean my glasses (got them yesterday + the washcloths too) and made one call. It was an average night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 3:16 and got up at 13:19. I went on the beach in front of the house and watched Chopped Grill Masters at 22:00. It was a bad night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:48 and got up at 13:12. I went on the beach in front of the house and watched Rafael Nadal at the Western & Southern Open (internet + tv + internet + tv). It was an average night and a very bad day.

Yesterday I went to bed at 2:23 and got up at 13:20. I called Telus (no internet after my morning routine was over), went on the beach in front of the house, called Telus (was told to wait 30 minutes but it was not back - then was told he could not give me a time - it came back about an hour later) and watched Rafael Nadal at the Western & Southern Open (tv + internet + tv). It was an average night and a very bad day.
