Yesterday it was partly cloudy, raining off/on, foggy off/on and windy.

At night it was windy on/off.

When I went to bed it was windy.

When I go up the sun was almost completely risen and it was windy.

We were visiting our son and his daughters in Norway last week. We go every summer, because it's warmest then. NOT!!!! It was 3 degrees Centigrade, early one morning. We were a few thousand feet above sea level, but were on the latitude of Bergen, which isn't that far north. Cripes! We were glad to get home to the Caribbean, I can tell you that.

LOL, I was in Nova Scotia and the weather was around 70 or cooler at night. It was great. Hot here today in central Virginia.

Gordon, I was on a cruise in Norway two weeks ago, and it wasn't summery even for Norway. The farthest north we went was Geirangerfjord. It wasn't as cold as 3 Celsius (37 F), but there was still snow on the mountains. Some people who went off on an excursion reported that people were still skiing.

It rained for a good deal of the week, though - amazingly! - it was sunny in Bergen. Scarcely recognized the place.

West coast of Wales. Beautiful day on Saturday, but then yesterday decided to skip August and September and go straight into Fall. Temperature in the 50s F, high winds - in fact, weather warnings for coasts and hills of gale force winds - and rain.

This morning I set out and hit by a sudden downpour, got so wet I had to go back home, change clothes and ask to be taken by car. But it's better for now. Might get in a walk before more rain clouds blow in.
