Yesterday it was partly cloudy and windy on/off.
At night it was windy off/on and raining off/on.
When I went to bed it was windy.
When I got up it was windy, raining, a little foggy and the sun was almost completely risen.

Yesterday it was partly cloudy, a little foggy, raining off/on and windy.
When I went to bed it was a little foggy, windy and the sun was mostly set.
When I got up it was windy and the sun was somewhat risen.
