I need help please.
I read Lisa Shea's instructions about Thema's door, but where do I find this ceremonial arrow?
Is it in one of the mansions?

The walkthrough should indicate where I found each arrow, I have to admit I don't remember any more off the top of my head where I found them. If you read backwards through the walkthrough doesn't it say when I ran across it?

Hmmm... I think it just says "stick ceremonial arrow through door."

Ummm... I actually fought Mendalen before meeting Formosa. How do I summon him again to kill him? Or should I not do that?

You can find the Ceremonial Arrow in a chest next to Briley in the tomb in eastern Peninsula District. You will have had to talk to Oleff and received a letter from Oleff for Briley. To open the door in the Blacklake tomb, place the Ceremonial Arrow into the chest near the door.

you know the zoo? yeah, i'm pathetic and stuck in the zoo. walls disappear to let you see past them, and where the level is that they're "cut" from, there's a black void area. my stupid halfling rogue/fighter somehow managed to get UP onto that void area, and now she won't come back.

any hints? tips? HELP?!?!?!

I ran into the same problem and ended up having to exit the game. Then I read about someone using the stone of recall to escape. Good Luck!
