Just came back from a walk.
Today I stopped at the sixth electric pole after the forest part.
The sun was playing hide and seek with the clouds. The wind was medium, cold and warm.
Medium waves.
It is greener with more wild flowers, wild plants, flowers and plants.
I saw Gulls, Ducks, Crows, two Bald Eagles, five other breeds of Bird, Bees and Butterflies.
Again a Kleenex saved me from throwing up where it stinks.

I did abs today, and surprisingly I'm not feeling any soreness or the slightest bit of burning. Wonder if I didn't work hard enough...

The wind was medium, cold and warm. Almost no waves. It is greener with more wild flowers, wild plants, flowers and plants. I saw Gulls, Ducks, Crows, four other breeds of Bird and Butterflies. Again a Kleenex saved me but it was less stinky today so not as bad but barely  .

I'm not doing much today. The humidity is dragging me down! Tomorrow the chores and walks start up again.
