FF1: 4 heroes, crystals, no character story evil guy time travel confusing loop. Right? (NES)
FF2: Their village is attacked, world is at war, rebels, kings and queens and giant airship. (NES)
FF3: I have no idea. Please fill me in? (???)
FF4: Cecil, the dark knight becomes a paladin, evil guy Golbez, crystals etc. (???)
FF5: The guy with a chocobo, crystals and meteors. Pirates! (SNES)
FF6: A world without magic, Espers and mechs. Morphin character. (SNES)
FF7: Cloud guy with an impossibly huge sword, guys with machineguns for arms and Sephiroth the villain. (PS)
FF8: Squall, the Griever, Rinoa and a strange ability system. (PS)
FF9: Zidane the actor with tha tail, Vivi, Steiner and "the worldstone" (PS)
FF10: Blonde surferboy Tidus, cool swordsman Auron and impossibly-large-bosom-Lulu-wearing-an-invisible-anti-gravity-bra (PS2)
FF10-2: Yuna a`la Lara Croft with twin pistols and suddenly all characters are female (PS2)
FF11: Online huge multiplayer (PS2)
FF12: Yet to be seen or heard of (???)

And where exactly does Final Fantasy Tactics go in this "timeline"?
