Progressive sent me out the SnapShot device to install in the diagnostic port. It kept falling back out. The deal is you get cheaper insurance if you install it in your car so they can monitor your driving. I was finally able to get it installed right today by going to the gas station and they did it for me. The chart that had online was wrong for my car and that's why it kept falling out.
