Nothing so far. I got up rather late. I'll just take my vitamins and think about what I might want to eat. I'd love a steak and eggs but I don't have that. shocked

My menu is whatever my body craves, I give it to it...

None of this, "I can't have this or can't have that kind of stuff."

Why? We're a biological component integrated by whatever it is that tells us when we need something. Think of water.

O.k. So if my body tells me I want water, I'm going to give it to it. Salt, sand, chocolate, etc. the same.

Today, it wanted fresh veggies, wheat, salt, WATER (which is a given anymore since we've move south) legumes and calcium.

Tomorrow, lol - I can guarantee it most likely won't be the same smile

Me too. I eat what I want. Some really strange combinations have come of it, but it's what my body wanted. The other morning I had a burrito and drank some grapefruit juice with salt.

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Coke with four toasts with white bread (no crusts - butter), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled with it, a mcnugget trio with barbecue sauce and one big fries from McDonald's and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter and maple caramel), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled with it, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, macaroni with tomato paste and St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Christie premium plus salted top crackers and Les Aliments M&M straight cut fries with ketchup.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
