Genealogy, genealogy, genealogy... tomorrow at the round table discussion I am going to do a short presentation on DNA, why should I take a test or two.... I'm still in learning mode, some of it is over my head. I put together a slide presentation this afternoon. My mother in law was game to take a test so I sent one in to Ancestry.com yesterday. For dinner for two I made spinach lasagna rollups. Yum....

Sounds like a lot Angie, but a lot of fun! Those spinach lasagna roll ups sound great! I'm getting hungry now.

Lots of fun. I've been cooking up a storm lately trying new recipes. This one is really easy too. Ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, chopped spinach, sauce, lasagna. Mix the cheeses and spinach; spread on the lasagna, roll them up, place in a pan and cover with sauce and some additional mozzarella. Bake.

Yes, Jana, I know those times with obstacles to what you're trying to do. Sometimes it can be a bit like the song My Bucket Has a Hole in It. Because each thing you think you're ready to do can't be done because of something else that needs sorting out. Which in turn depends on something else being done. Etc. Round in circles.

Yesterday I went to bed at 23:53 and got up at 9:00. I took a walk, did a small load of laundry, watched Divorce Court at 13:30, The Daily Show on the internet, Dr Phil at 17:00, Judge Judy at 19:00 and Real Time at 22:00. It was an average night and an horrible day.

Thanks for the recipe Angie! My mouth is watering already.

I can so relate Mona. These past few weeks have been mostly computer related issues, but there are others. I'm trying to figure it all out. It's slowly coming, the steps I need to take. It's a long uphill climb to clear some of those obstacles.

Today my daughter and I went for a walk in the park, followed by the theater and then a delicious meal in a little Mexican restaurant.

Today I'm going to sit outside and do some writing. I've been re-arranging my writing area in the house and re-filing some of my work. I bought new file folders yesterday.
