theres lots of low level monsters that drop them but u can also use the 'distil power' ability that u might have learnt with sum1 or use a weapon with distil power on it <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> that'll give u a few spheres each time u fight <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Fight Kottos in the Monster Arena, give him a Power Distiller, and Overkill him. A one minute fight for forty Power Spheres. Sound like a nice trade off to me.
