Hello, I met someone who is experiencing domestic violence like rape, beating and constant and intense physiological trauma. She lives in the USA. For her safety I'm not willing to disclose any details or the method we communicate. I tried everything to reach an advocate but I'm not a US citizen nor do I live in US so i cannot use the hotlines and the chat options are IP blocked. But Please, help me reach an advocate. I beg you.

The victim needs to come out and speak her mind. You can reach so many lawyers but I think if you're not in the country it would be difficult. Ask the victim to be brave and she can write emails or however you guys communicate to get help.

Just posting an update to reduce the negative emotional effect for anyone reading this. Things are looking good. Authorities are involved and things are advancing nicely. It will be well.
