Enjoyed a lovely yoga session, watching the birds hang out at the feeders. Grateful I have a warm house amidst all this snow. #gratitude

Had a lovely #yoga session; the birds are loving the sunshine. Now to tackle finalizing my mystery novel by tonight - a challenge! #mystery The IPPY awards close tomorrow and I want to make sure this gets submitted in time!

Yesterday, my daughter and I attended a Sacred Seated Yoga class, and it was really fantastic. So, I am doing some of those poses at my computer!

Last night after my workout I did some Kum Nye poses, Tibetan Yoga. It is so relaxing. I wrote an article about Kum Nye: Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga for Relation I think I need to write an article with descriptions of the poses.

Sacred Yoga sounds wonderful. I haven't heard of it. I'm going to do some research. Maybe I can write an article about it.

I'm working on my Sun Salutations. Since my knee surgery certain poses have become more difficult. So I try to practice a few everyday and wait for my body to begin responding.

Wow my schedule is just topsy-turvy right now. Had a wonderful #yoga session with bluebirds on the suet feeder. Lovely. Now to work!
