I added a ton of extra lettuce and some cranberries to my grocery-store made hoagie today, to make sure I get more servings of fruit and veggies in. It already had tomatoes and spinach in it, and it was on a wheat roll (so got in some fiber too). I took vitamins with it, and I am working on hydrating.

I've been using my Dollar Tree chore chart to make sure I get my important amounts of nutrients each day. This is a really good system, and I am so glad I started it.

I made sure that my breakfast had fiber, fruit, calcium and antioxidants in it this morning.

Need to make sure I get some veggies and protein with dinner and all is well.

It's that time of year to enjoy fresh fruit and veggies from the local farm stand. It is both healthy and less expensive than store bought. I can save a few dollars and eat well.
