Yes, it is great to walk with a friend. Helene and I have been friends since our husbands were in the Navy. We've been through a lot together.

yes, he's in a stroller, and double points if I had carried him! He loves being outside and the fresh air put him to sleep.

Terri, I always have loved that quote  . There have been a few days where I almost did not walked but I did it anyway. Like the last two days I had a Tennis match I walked before the match, something was telling me that I would not want to after the match. Tomorrow is the Final and my player made it, I'll make sure to again get up early enough so I can walk before the match.
