I like to do my yoga practice at night after my husband goes to bed and it's quiet and peaceful. I'm a night person. The problem this proposes is that sometimes my yoga gets pushed aside. It doesn't make much since when I know yoga is what I need most to get the kinks out of my body, but more important my mind.
