Nancy, have you tried wearing a pedometer? I would love to know how many miles you are walking. If you do want to wear a pedometer maybe you could add how long you walked with your daily post. You are an inspiration.

Never thought about wearing a pedometer. My mom got one a few years ago, she wanted to know how much it added up with all the work she was doing in the house and outside too. I'll ask her if she still has it.
