Now if I could have self-discipline in other parts of my life. I only have some with my hygiene (never let these routines go even when im sick).

Nancy, personal hygiene is important as I see you already know. It's good to see you have another area of discipline. If you want to expand then pick one item and work on it. Don't try to change everything at once. Good luck and keep walking.
