Thirsty Thursday topic will be a place to share juicing recipes and smoothie recipes. Most people have better results by changing their nutritional habits when they are starting a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes it can be hard to find which recipes you should start with. If you enjoy juicing and/or making green smoothies share your recipe with the forum so we can give it a try too.
1 whole banana, may be frozen 1 cup mixed fruit 1.5 handfuls spinach or kale 8 oz of coconut milk Sprinkle of cinnamon If needed I add ice and/or water to get desired consistency.
