It was a little higher today. It was harder to block my parents. My dad was acting like a lunatic and my mom has started again with looking at me angry when I stop her.

It was much higher today all thanks to my parents. I woke up early morning to them going crazy downstairs and they spent most of the day driving me crazy.

Forgot to come here yesterday (after my hockey game was over all the lost sleep came back and all i wanted was to hurry up my night routine to maybe have 1 hour in bed)!
I had a low stress day yesterday.

My stress was higher today and it was one of the rare times where my parents had nothing to do with it.

Lower stress level today and it was back to normal meaning it all came from my parents.

MINE? it's up there. But it has to do with my 'husband's parents using him. Tonight if anyone reads this... He had 3 hrs. of sleep and well, he's working 12.5 hr. overtime in which he's greatful. He's also got to drive to Chicago and he's sick. So I'm psd! If anyone has ever experienced "ear - infections" they know how they feel. Anywho, he's going to try to please everyone after 24 hr non sleeping to pay for both my medical issues and his mother's affair with a minister with the wife unaware...ya...stress is up there! We're invited to "Martha's Vineyard???" Why...no idea

I'm sorry to hear about all of that!
And I thought I had it tough with almost no time in bed and barely sleeping a few minutes these times just to get my Tennis live! I don't know how people like your husband do it with doing hard work with barely any sleep, I'm like a zombie when I have not a lot of sleep and I barely can walk and think. I fully wake up when I watch sports then go back to a zombie state until I'm laying down and finally sleeping.
Going to go now, if I don't force myself to gte up before 14:00 tomorrow then soon I'll be back like this week with barely no sleep when Ralfie will be playing in Barcelona (the worst is not really not having much time in bed its when you dont sleep that little time...anyway thats what is worst with me...if i would be in bed normal hours i could actually sleep when i get up early).
