Stop using unknown chemicals for cleaning your jewelry. It might lose its value soon. Its better to clean it with water by rubbing it neatly. Only that is a perfect solution

Polish only with a soft cloth. Keep in individual cloth-lined pouches, or in zip-locked bags with the air gently pushed out. Store in a cool, dry place, away from accumulating moisture.

Clean your jewelry with only water and soft cloth. Don't use harsh chemicals. You can ask from your local jewelry store if they are selling cleaning agents specifically for jewelry.

I depend on what type of jewelry you are using. You can get many different cleaning agents for your jewelry. I use simple toothpaste to clean my silver jewelry. It really works, but for gold you need something more effective.

Buy jewelry on that retail store, where they also offer free jewelry cleaners for the maintenance of your jewelry.
