I've left jobs because of opportunities for advancement, the desire to go back to college, to escape toxic bosses and sexual harassment, and just because I was bone tired of doing the same thing over and over again. How about you? What are are some reasons you've left jobs?
Left my previous job because there was no opportunities for development and the management team focused too much on joking about rather than the customers and the objectives of the firm.
Thank you for sharing that. It sounds like you really wanted to grow and contribute, but the culture there wasn't positive. I hope you found something that really challenged you and helped you grow.
