Good points Patricia. May i add that running has helped me a lot too. It has changed my metabolism with time and I find myself not incurring as much calories from the same food as I used to.

That's awesome topsy-turvy smile You are right! Running is definitely a good way to increase your metabolism. I am a runner too, and find that it definitely helps me manage my weight and is great for managing stress. Thanks so much for your post smile
