OK to get into that side spot in the desert where the al bhed lived what do you do? catch the cactaurs? is it rikkus weapon quest that opens that place up?
and I cant catch any cactaurs..all it lets me do is kill them

ok-home is to the north of the central area-just keep heading north from where u set off at the oasis and u should come across it after a loooot of walking!hehe <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />just keep checkin all the routes off the areas u go in2.

the cactaur game is for rikkus weapon and u can also find the starting point 4 that in the central area.theres a big stone with a cataur on it sat on a hill bit to the south of the sandstorm area.if u touch it-the game will begin <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

The windy area where the sandstorm is you mean? yes, you can only get there by playing the cactuar game. If you go around the south side of that sandstorm area, there is a pretty cactuar stone, like the many you see on the thunder plains. Talk to it and go where it tells you. (this bellaonline site is great for help there) The process of catching them becomes clear when you find them, and then, yes, you kill then. <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
