Which distance learning delivery method do you prefer?

Synchronous versus Asynchronous

I prefer asynchronous because it allows flexibility which is important in distance learning. I always go for a method that I can manipulate to fit into my tight schedule. This method however calls for high self discipline as one can be tempted to overlook the studies.

I am partial synchronous as well. Self-descipline is a requirement, but the freedom to learn at your own schedule is worth it.
