Ladies, you were right about the generic. Awful. I slept for about 4 hours, but I was having crazy dreams the whole time, and I woke up feeling drunk. Never again. And the doctor's office called. My hemoglobin level came back at 5.2. Normal is 12 or higher, and under 8 is severe anemia. They said mine could be life-threatening. He wants me back in this afternoon for an iron infusion. And my B12 is also very low so I'll need shots for that. I'm just feeling done right now. All of this is making me realize what the last couple of years with my ex has done. When I met her, I was 20 lbs heavier, got lots of exercise, ate right, thought clearly and slept soundly. I was healthy. How did I end up here?

You can do that again! Buy The Secret! I just got mine. You don't have to be religious to watch it. It will empower you.

Good luck at the doctors office. More needles! Eeek!

Ya,

I don't know medicines, but I'm ultra sensitive to changes.

The thing you said, zoldi-something sounds right. But the depth of sleep w/the orginal Ambien was great and you might turn over or something, adjust, but could go right back to sleep for about 2 hrs.

By 8 hrs., it was like nothing happened - no hangover. You just went to sleep and woke up and could get dressed, and whatever.

This stuff, for me at least, if I didn't have a Dr. that listened and I was in a hospital room or something and had to take this stuff??

When I woke up, if they told me to go to room B-3 or something, flapping in the wind, hospital gown and all, I'd ust go "moldering" down the hallway, following the person in front of me.

I can't take it either confused
