I try to substitute my cravings for a healthier version of whatever I'm craving. If I'm craving something sweet; I try to make myself a healthy shake rather than give in to the craving for something unhealthy like cake. Or I may eat a small portion of whatever I'm craving and just have a small portion and offset it by eating fewer calories the rest of the day. In regards to exercise, I find that if I am not motivated to do it, I tell myself I'm going to just do 10 minutes, I usually feel better once I get started and end up doing more
