Go to remiem temple win the chocobo race there and u'll get the cloudy mirror. Then go to macalania lake with the airship the go to the beginning of the forest then talk to a woman and a boy find the husband then go back the boy is missing walk up the shiny path u'll see him there and then activate the weapon + items there
