Today I had grape juice and Pepsi with two toasts with coconut spread, spaghetti wth tomato paste, chocolate ice cream, fried eggs, cheese, white cooked potatoes fried in vegetable oil and butter and pretzels.

Yesterday I had a scrambled egg on half slice toast, and watermelon chunks; for lunch chicken salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumber and ranch dressing; saltines for snack; for supper bean and vegetable burger on bun; for dessert slice of pound cake. Yesterday I had scrambled egg and one half slice toast and watermelon chunks for breakfast; lunch was a sandwich with sliced chicken, cucumber and tomato slices and lettuce; dinner was soup: green beans, potatoes, carrots, onions, ham. Dessert was a thin slice pound cake.
