I swear, kids are simply scandalous these days. There was no texting when I was in school, and the Internet was not widespread, but I cannot imagine my friends or myself taking part in this sexting stuff. In fact, I'm quite sure anyone who did would be shunned as a tramp or worse. I think it's a combination of the ease of non-face-to-face communication and the feeling of invincibility that gets these kids involved in it. They think they won't ever suffer any kind of consequences from it, while we as adults understand the possible fallout all too well.

I don't get the appeal either. I can see a little mild flirting over text, but anything more just seems silly. Especially sending pictures of yourself-yipes.

You people just don't get it. The technology is there to do this. Are they supposed to not use it?. Times change. Old people haven't changed with the times and don't understand it. My grandmother was befuddled and shocked by simple bikinis, now they are commonplace.
