I was in bed for about nine hours. I did wake up during the night but less times than the previous days. I don't remember how long it took for me for first fall asleep.

I slept for about 6 hrs. And was women up by a " charlie horse" . It was a bad one.. Couldn't go back to sleep. Ugh!

I was in bed for ten hours. I was awake and comfortable when the alarm clock went on, did not want to get up but I did anyway in case I would of fallen asleep again. I think I slept most of that time but I am very tired.

I was in bed for more than nine hours and I spent more time awake than sleeping.

I totally get that...me too.

This is off topic but where's Jilly? Some reason I've been thinking about here quite a bit.

I had a visitor last night or this morning to some. My legs were lifted like in a cute way. One leg just a jiggle and then the other.

I don't often have this happen unless there's someone that really has something to say to me or someone has passed.

Life is precious seemed to be the feeling. It wasn't just the jiggling of the legs, but there was a tingling up and down both legs.

I wasn't scared or anything, it was more friendly, but they seemed to definitely feel I was need a message of my own, lol.

I too have been wondering where Jilly is.

I have had that the tingling sensation. I always thought that it was related to something medical but then a few months ago I saw a post in the dream section that it could be related to astral traveling, I asked a question about it but never got an answer. Maybe it was like you and someone was with me trying to contact me. When that tingling happened it was always the arms.

I got to bed passed 5:09 and the alarm went on at 12:15, it took me close to an half hour to actually get up. I again spent most of my time in bed awake instead of sleeping.

Went to bed at 4:00 and got up at 14:00, spent most of these ten hours awake trying to fall asleep!

Did not sleep much at all. My husband was not well. Had to take him to urgent care this morning. He is all right. Sleeping now. I, of course, cannot. Strangely, I am not tired at all.

I spent the past week with my mom and had a nice time but was away from BOL and the forums. Elder care (and my daughter's care) is making me rethink these BOL editorships. I'm scrapping all of my blogs, too.

I might need to go to a funeral in Hawaii at the end of this month, too. So so much going on...
