Greetings of the season to all folks.

Granpappy and I got a late start with our spring cleaning. We are almost done, though. Got rid of all the cobwebs, accumulated dust, leftover party junk, and tossing out things we no longer need or want.

Big yard sale is coming up soon. There will also be all kinds of baked goodies and treats available.

Come on over and let's celebrate the nice weather. Barbecues and fire pits are ready to go and we will be cooking up a storm here.

Phyllis....I'm right here and willing to help out in any way I can. It will be nice to get the festivities going again. I loved our good old fashioned hootenannies, and I am looking forward to some more. We'd better get Burt over here if we are firing up the grills.....

How about a nice "Texas BBQ" ? Ribs, chicken, sausages of all kinds, red and green bell peppers, sliced onions, garlic cloves, mushrooms -- all wrapped up and sealed in heavy duty aluminum foil and slow cooking all day on the grill. Now that is a great meal with garlic bread and salads. smile

I just swept off the back porch and I am heading around to the front of the cabin. The sun has made its way back here and I don't want to burn my tush off.....

Sweeping off the porch musta mean it's getting a bit dusty...

Maybe Granpappy can rig up some kind of solar still generator to drive a small fan to blow the cobwebs away?

No visitors lately means that the porch is not getting swept off like it should be, so yes it was dusty, Beetle. Let's see what Granpappy can come up with.....
